Week Two, Day 4.

Today, training consisted of a 30 min run. I paired that up with Body Beast Bulk Legs. 

I am feeling pretty good about both programs! 

I had my shakeology this morning and some Greek yogurt with berries for mid-morning snack. With two eggs and two pieces of whole grain bread. 

This bulking thing is CRAZY! I have to eat so much food! 






Lunch was 1/2 whole wheat pita with tuna salad made with tuna, onion, celery, red grapes, honey mustard and Greek yogurt. 


Dinner, I honestly haven't thought of yet!

Week one, day one- Marathon training


I decided this weekend to just suck it up and register for a full Marathon. 

I have been wanting to do it for a couple of years now but have been too intimidated to do anything about it. I had a conversation with my uncle last weekend that really helped me to just go for it. My Uncle was a runner. Ran his entire life. He ran his FIRST full marathon at 42!! He then went on and ran the Boston marathon twice and finished in under 3.5 hours! So, I decided, if he can do it so can I! 
I knew that if I didn't just register it would never happen. So I registered. 
I will be running the Grand Rapids marathon on October 18th, 2015. 

This is a bucket list item for me. I just want to FINISH one. I don't even care how long it takes me. I LOVE the half marathon distance. I have run 3 half a now, but I just want to be able to say, I ran a full marathon. And I will! 

Today was day one training and I haven't run in a while. I also decided to take a new route that has HILLS! It wasn't pretty but I got it done!
